Opened in 1989 in a converted Georgian Bank and situated high on the bank side above North Shields atmospheric fish quay, the Magnesia Bank has a world-wide reputation for real ales, good food and tremendous entertainment.
The team have a wealth of experience in the licensed trade and aim to help to provide the atmosphere that can only be found in a real English pub.

The Magnesia Bank plays host to The W T Feaster Band from USA. The high energy Rhythm and Blues band will be playing a mid-week gig free in the bar as part of their UK tour which includes a headline appearence at The Maryport Blues Festival.

We're doing a teatime special from Wednesday to Saturday, 5.30pm until 7pm at only £10 for 2 courses and £15 for 3 courses.
