Opened in 1989 in a converted Georgian Bank and situated high on the bank side above North Shields atmospheric fish quay, the Magnesia Bank has a world-wide reputation for real ales, good food and tremendous entertainment.
The team have a wealth of experience in the licensed trade and the world of food and entertainment and aim to help to provide the atmosphere that can only be found in a real English pub.
Live music is free every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9.00 p.m. until midnight, and every Sunday afternoon from 4.00 pm. For the budding musician there is the Buskers evening every Monday.
