Simma is a singer, guitarist, entertainer and radio presenter from Newcastle. He started gigging around 13 years ago and is now one of the best-known performers on his home town music scene. He has recorded two albums and four EPs, and performed countless times in and around The North of England and Scotland, as well as a couple of lightning trips 'round Europe. He's the founder and chairman of Acoustic Circus, an organisation for songwriters in Newcastle, and runs various Musicians' Nights in the city. His last album (Trouble Sleeping) is available on itunes, he has recently had his first book published and he co-presents the Breakfast Show BBC Radio Newcastle on a Saturday morning... Simma is a regular participant of our annual charity night of Alan hull Music in aid of 'Children in need'. He now joins us in the bar for a full performance.
